• 3. Non-Consensual Impersonation & Deepfakes: Generating synthetic media or face swaps of real people without their prior, explicit, written authorization.
• 4. Real-World Harm & Extreme Violence: Real-world gore, depictions of actual self-harm, animal cruelty, terrorist promotion, or real-life threats of violence (distinguished from fictional Halloween fantasy art).
• 5. Hate Speech, Harassment & Defamation: Content intended to degrade, intimidate, stalk, bully, or defame individuals or protected groups.
• 6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Uploading or creating media that infringes on third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights without proper license.

4. Content Moderation & User Reporting Mechanisms

To ensure strict enforcement of our content standards, we implement a multi-tiered safety system:

• Automated Pre-Screening: Algorithmic input screening automatically checks and filters prohibited imagery before transformation processing begins.
• Human Escalation Review: Flagged inputs or anomalous generation requests undergo internal compliance verification.

5. Term, Termination & Enforcement Actions

2. Immediate Content Removal: Deletion of uploaded inputs and cancellation of processing.
3. Service Restriction & Suspension: Temporary suspension or permanent blocking of user IP addresses and checkout access.
4. Account & Service Termination: Immediate termination of access privileges without refund, resulting in complete forfeiture of any purchased digital packages.
5. Legal & Regulatory Referral: In cases of statutory violations (including minor exploitation or unlawful harassment), we cooperate fully with law enforcement.

6. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing

We offer clear, transparent pricing:

• Free Tier ($0.00 USD): Standard preview and sample transformation generation.
• Pro Zombie Horror Pack ($9.99 USD): One-time payment (no recurring subscription). Includes high-definition 1080P/4K renders, video prompt formulas, and commercial social media rights. Applicable local taxes or VAT are calculated and itemized during checkout.
• Payment Merchant: Payments are securely processed via Waffo Pancake. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

7. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Immediate Fulfillment: Digital assets and video prompt kits are delivered immediately online via the /thank-you confirmation portal upon verified payment.

14-Day Resolution Guarantee: Due to immediate digital delivery and GPU compute allocation, sales are generally final. However, if you encounter technical failures (e.g., failure to receive your access pass or severe rendering corruption), email us within 14 days at support@aizombietransformation.com. We will rectify the order, re-generate assets, or provide a full refund within 3–5 business days.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE": The website, services, algorithms, and AI-generated outputs are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

8.2 No Warranty on AI Generation Outputs: Due to the probabilistic and creative nature of generative visual models, we do not warrant or guarantee that AI-rendered transformations or generated videos will be completely accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your subjective aesthetic expectations or commercial goals. All output imagery is fictional, synthetic entertainment media.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential & Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Zombie Transformation, its operators, affiliates, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system downtime, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.

8.4 Maximum Monetary Liability Cap: In all circumstances, the cumulative aggregate liability of AI Zombie Transformation and its operators arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or any transactions shall be strictly limited to the greater of: (a) the actual amount paid by you to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim (e.g., $9.99 USD), or (b) fifty United States dollars ($50.00 USD). This limitation constitutes an essential basis of the bargain between you and the platform.
